Description

Zumbrota Drivetrain Manual Transmissions are rebuilt to high quality standards using a 3-step inspection process. This includes pre-inspection for case cracks and wear, measurement of components to OEM specifications, and ensuring units meet quality standards. Shaft straightness, gear wear, and synchronizers are extensively tested. Seals are replaced, and units are dyno-tested for operation, shiftability, and noise. A hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning are performed. All Zumbrota Manual Transmissions include a 2-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty.
