The Zumbrota Drivetrain RMT290C-16 is a remanufactured NV3500 manual transmission, built to exacting standards for durability and performance. This unit features an integral bell housing for a compact and robust design, coupled with a precise 3-rail internal shift mechanism for smooth gear changes. Constructed with an external slave cylinder for ease of maintenance and an aluminum shifter pod for lightweight rigidity, this transmission is a direct replacement for specific GM applications. It is part of Zumbrota Drivetrain's line of premium, dynamometer-tested transmissions, which undergo a proprietary cleaning process and rigorous quality control to ensure they arrive looking and functioning like new. This transmission is specifically designed for GM S10, S15, and Sonoma models equipped with the 4.3L engine and a 5-speed manual gearbox, model years 1990-1992.
