The Zumbrota Drivetrain RMT4500D-5 is a remanufactured NV4500 5-speed manual transmission, designed as an OE-style replacement. It is constructed with a durable cast iron case and an aluminum top cover, featuring a distinctive square four-bolt shift tower. Zumbrota Drivetrain employs a meticulous three-step inspection process for all its manual transmissions. This includes an initial inspection for case cracks and wear, followed by precise measurement of component parts to ensure they meet OEM specifications. The final step involves ensuring each unit is built to exacting quality standards, with thorough testing of shaft straightness, gear wear, and synchronizers.
