The Zumbrota Drivetrain RMT4500D-8 is a remanufactured NV4500 5-speed manual transmission specifically engineered for Chrysler vehicles from 1994 to 1997, equipped with either the 5.2L or 5.9L engine. This transmission is constructed with a durable cast iron case and an aluminum top cover. It features a round push-and-twist shift lever retainer and a 23-spline output shaft. Zumbrota Drivetrain implements a stringent remanufacturing process, including three distinct quality inspections, to ensure that all components meet or exceed OEM specifications. Each unit undergoes a final post-build inspection and is dyno-tested to verify its performance through various real-life scenarios. The NV4500 transmission is designed for specific applications, including 1994-1997 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models with 5.2L or 5.9L engines. It is noted to be compatible with 2WD vehicles.
