The BDS NX2 Nitro Series shock absorber is engineered to provide high-end performance and restore ride quality to your lifted truck or SUV. Its pressurized nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design works in conjunction with vehicle-specific valving to deliver a sportier and more responsive feel, whether you're on or off-road. The advanced 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving ensures rapid dampening adjustments to adapt to any terrain. Construction highlights include a substantial 2-3/8-inch body, a large 1-3/8-inch fluon-banded piston, self-lubricating seals, and a 14mm hardened chrome shaft designed to resist damage from rock chips and corrosion. Polyurethane bushings and metal sleeves are included for a straightforward installation process. This shock is sold individually and is offered in various stem and eyelet bushing configurations for custom applications, and it is compatible with current BDS lift kits. It is specifically designed to work with a 2-inch lift kit. The shock features a durable metallic silver finish, complemented by NX2 decals. Installation is described as a relatively easy process. BDS Suspension offers a limited lifetime warranty on NX2 shock and stabilizer cylinders against defects in material and workmanship for the original retail purchaser, provided they own the vehicle. However, the finish and mounting bushings are excluded from this warranty. Additionally, damage from obvious side impacts, rust, or worn bushings are not considered defects. Shock absorbers are considered wear items, and diminished damping resistance due to normal wear is not covered. Leaking shock seals within one year may be considered for warranty under specific conditions, but removal, installation, reinstallation costs, and incidental damages are expressly excluded.
