NX2 Nitro Series Shock Absorber

The BDS NX2 Nitro Series shock absorber is engineered to enhance the ride quality of your lifted truck or SUV, offering a high-end performance solution. This nitrogen-charged, twin-tube shock features a large fluon-banded piston, a hardened chrome rod, and self-lubricating seals for durability and smooth operation. Its vehicle-specific valving, specifically a 10-stage velocity-sensitive system, provides rapid dampening to adapt to changing terrain, delivering a sportier, more responsive feel both on and off-road. With an extended length of 23.5 inches and a collapsed length of 14.2 inches, and a 2-3/8 inch body diameter, this shock is designed for specific fitments. It utilizes S50 top and EB2 bottom mounts. The shock absorber comes with a durable metallic silver finish, complementing various vehicle aesthetics. Note that mounting hardware is not included with this shock, which is sold individually. BDS Suspension provides a warranty for NX2 shock and stabilizer cylinders against defects in material and workmanship for the original retail purchaser for as long as they own the vehicle. However, the product's finish and mounting bushings are excluded from this warranty. Normal wear and tear, such as diminished damping resistance, dented cylinders, or bent rods from impact, are also not covered. Shock oil seals are subject to wear and are not typically covered, though leaks within the first year due to manufacturing defects may be considered. Installation of the BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks is described as a straightforward process. The warranty obligation is limited to repair or replacement at BDS's discretion, and costs associated with removal, installation, reinstallation, and incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded. This shock is designed to work with all current BDS lift kits and is specified for 2013-2023 Ram 3500 4WD (Front) and 2014-2018 Ram 2500 4WD (Front) models, often for 2-inch lifts.
