The BDS NX2 Nitro Series shock absorber delivers high-end performance to enhance the ride quality of your lifted truck or SUV. This nitrogen-charged, twin-tube shock features a 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving system, ensuring rapid and precise dampening across various terrains. Its construction includes a large 1-3/8-inch fluon-banded piston, a 14mm hardened chrome shaft, and self-lubricating seals, all designed for durability and resistance to wear and tear. Finished in a metallic silver with NX2 decals, this shock absorber is built to complement your vehicle's aesthetics. It is valved specifically for your truck to provide a sportier and more responsive driving experience, whether you're on or off-road. The shock's extended length is 27.4 inches, and its collapsed length is 16.2 inches, with a body diameter of 2-3/8 inches. It utilizes S50 top mounts and EB2 bottom mounts. This shock absorber is sold individually and is offered in a variety of configurations to suit front, rear, and dual shock applications. It is compatible with current BDS lift kits and available in different stem and eyelet bushing configurations for custom applications. Mounting hardware is not included. The BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks come with a limited lifetime warranty on cylinders to the original retail purchaser, covering defects in material and workmanship. However, the product's finish and mounting bushings are excluded from this warranty. Wear and tear items, such as dented cylinders, bent rods from impact, rust, or deformed bushings, are not considered defects. Shock oil seals are subject to wear and are generally not covered, though leaks within the first year may be considered under specific conditions. Costs associated with removal, installation, reinstallation, and incidental damages are expressly excluded from the warranty. Fitment includes a wide range of Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 models from 1994 to 2013, as well as Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty models from 2005 to 2016, and newer 2023-2025 Ford F-250/F-350 models. It is also compatible with Ram 2500 and 3500 models from 2011-2012.
