NX2 Series Rear Shock

The BDS Suspension BDS85959 is an NX2 Nitro Series rear shock engineered to enhance the performance of your 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. This shock absorber utilizes a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, complemented by 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving. This advanced system ensures rapid dampening adjustments, adapting seamlessly to various on-road and off-road terrains. The shock body measures 2 inches in diameter and incorporates a substantial 1-3/8-inch fluon-banded piston. For enhanced longevity and resistance to damage, it features a 14mm hardened chrome shaft and self-lubricating seals. The BDS85959 comes with polyurethane bushings and metal sleeves, simplifying the installation process. It is finished in a durable metallic silver paint and includes NX2 decals. This shock absorber is specifically designed to work with a 4.5-inch lift kit. It is offered in various configurations, including eyelet (EB1) and bar pin (BP18) mounting options, catering to custom applications and compatibility with current BDS lift kits. The extended length is 27.91 inches, and the compressed length is 16.55 inches.
