OBD1 P28 VTEC ECU with Hondata S300 V3

The Richtuned Motor Sports S300P28ECU is a complete, turn-key ECU package designed for tuning your vehicle with the Hondata S300 Version 3 system. This unit features a HA Motorsports-prepared OBD1 P28 VTEC spec ECU that has been fully refurbished. The package includes a new, serialized Hondata S300 Version 3 system, the Hondata Smanager software (downloadable), a 6-foot USB cable, and a pair of Hondata stickers. The ECU undergoes rigorous testing on a state-of-the-art bench tester to ensure trouble-free operation. The casing is restored to a like-new condition through a glass bead blasting process, and it's fitted with new clear plexiglass lids secured by stainless steel screws. New capacitors are installed for long-term reliability. Optional PWM boost control circuitry can be added for electronic boost solenoid control and boost-by-gear functionality, allowing for precise boost management through the S300 software. To use this ECU, you will need a laptop computer running Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10 with at least one available USB port, and an internet connection for system registration. For such applications, a KTuner ECU package is recommended. Additionally, if installing in a 1998 Honda Accord EX 2.3 VTEC with a manual transmission, an OBD2B to OBD1 harness is required, and the IACV must be changed from a 3-wire to a 2-wire configuration. For a 1992 Accord with an H-series engine, the 1992 Accord engine harness should be reused and modified as needed.
