This Driven Diesel OBS Electric Fuel System Conversion kit provides a comprehensive upgrade for your 1994-1997 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke "OBS" trucks. It integrates a regulated return system with an electric fuel pump, fuel filters, hoses, and all required installation hardware, creating a complete "tank to engine" fuel delivery solution. The system employs a robust OEM Bosch fuel pump, similar to those found in 99-03 Super Duty models, ensuring dependable performance and the capacity to support engines modified with up to 180cc injectors (approximately 350-375hp). The conversion results in more consistent fuel flow and pressure to the injectors, allows for fuel system priming before engine startup, and supports moderate power enhancements. It also includes a Driven Diesel OBS fuel pump wiring harness with a pump controller. Key features include compatibility with both stock and aftermarket turbochargers, as well as "Terminator" Twin HPOP setups. The mounting assembly is designed to be compact, measuring only 13 inches wide. The kit retains the factory fuel tank selector valve, allowing for continued use of both fuel tanks. Additionally, 1994-1998 E-Series Van owners should be aware that this kit may not be a direct bolt-in, and modifications to the kit or the van may be necessary.
