OBS Electric Fuel System V2

The Driven Diesel V2 Complete OBS Electric Fuel System is engineered as a total "tank to engine" solution for 1994-1997 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke trucks. This kit integrates the Driven Diesel OBS Regulated Return Kit with an electric fuel pump, filters, and all necessary hardware, providing a substantial upgrade over the stock fuel system. At its core, the system features a robust OEM Bosch fuel pump, identical to the one used in 99-03 Ford Super Duty trucks, capable of supporting up to approximately 180cc injectors (350-375hp). The kit includes 3/8" CNC Bent S.S. Braided Teflon Hoses with a black protective covering. It also incorporates the Northup Automotive OBS Fuel Bowl Delete Wiring Harness and a Driven Diesel Liquid Filled Fuel Pressure Gauge. Installation considerations include the potential for the 13" wide pump/filter assembly to not fit inside the frame on some applications, though it can be mounted externally. The system retains the stock fuel tank selector valve, allowing the use of both tanks. However, an optional Dual Bosch Pump setup is available, which requires bypassing the factory selector valve to prevent pump damage and warranty voiding. The kit comes with all necessary hardware and detailed color instructions. All components are 100% Made in the USA where possible without sacrificing quality. This kit is CARB approved with EO# D-872-3 and is specifically for 1994-1997 Ford F250/F350 OBS 7.3L trucks and 1995-1998 Ford E250/E350 Van 7.3L models. Note that it may not be a direct bolt-in for E-Series vans, and modifications may be necessary, for which Driven Diesel cannot provide fitting support.
