OBS Fuel System for 7.3L

The Irate Diesel Performance OBS Fuel System is a comprehensive upgrade designed for 1994-1997 7.3L Power Stroke trucks, featuring a regulated return system. This kit includes an Irate Diesel billet block with a 304ss mounting bracket, a wiring harness, a valley plug, and all necessary JIC fittings for the regulator and heads. It also deletes the factory fuel bowl, which is known for potential leaks, and provides superior water and air filtration compared to the stock system. Customers can choose between two Bosch pump options: the OEM 7.3L Super Duty pump (IDP-OBSFUEL-S) for use with the factory selector valve, which can support up to 180/30 injectors with minimal pressure drop at WOT (approx. 425hp); or the High Volume Bosch 464-200 pump (IDP-OBSFUEL-HF), recommended for single-tank setups with a sump or 5/8" draw straw and a 1/2" supply line, capable of supporting up to 275/200 injectors (approx. 600hp). Installation requires removing or sliding the turbo to access the driver's side high-flowing fitting in the head. The system comes with Pushloc hose and fittings compatible with the chosen pump. The 1/2" supply hose and 3/8" return hose are included for a single rear tank setup, or can be used with a customer-supplied sump.
