OBS Fuel System Kit for 7.3L

The Irate Diesel OBS Fuel System offers a comprehensive upgrade for the 1994-1997 Ford 7.3L OBS trucks, integrating a regulated return system for improved fuel delivery. This kit includes an IDP Billet Block with a 304ss mounting bracket, choice of a Bosch 464-200 high-volume pump or an OEM 7.3L Super Duty pump (99-03), a wiring harness, a valley plug, and all required JIC fittings for installation. This system replaces the stock fuel bowl, eliminating potential leaks and providing superior water and air separation compared to the factory setup. The Bosch OEM 7.3L pump is recommended for use with the factory selector valve, supporting up to 180/30 injectors, while the Bosch 464-200 high-volume pump is best suited for single-tank setups with a sump or 5/8" draw straw, capable of supporting up to 275/200 injectors for approximately 600hp. Installation on 94-97 trucks requires removing or sliding the turbo assembly to access the driver's side fitting in the head. While the OEM Bosch pump includes a one-year warranty, the Bosch 464-200 pump has a limited warranty if used through the selector valve (effective 5-15-26), with no warranty against starvation or leaks due to over-pressurization. A full one-year warranty is provided for the Bosch 464-200 when used with a single tank. The manufacturer strongly recommends a sumped single tank or a larger 35-gallon single tank (Part number F26E) and a 1/2" supply line for optimal pump life and reliability, as selector valve and in-tank pickup failures are common issues that can lead to fuel pump starvation and failure. This kit will not work on E series vans without modification.
