Description

The BDS Suspension coil springs offer a way to custom tune the spring rate and ride height of your Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty 4WD. These springs are designed for 2.5-inch lifts on 2005-2019 models and 3-inch lifts on 2020-2026 models. Manufactured from high tensile steel, these direct OE replacement coil springs are engineered with a properly sized wire diameter to ensure maximum reliability without premature coil bind. They are built to withstand full coil bind, returning to their original height even after being compressed flat. To enhance durability and prevent sagging, they are preset with a hydraulic stress and shot peened to increase tensile strength, allowing for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing spring life. The springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160, guaranteeing long life. A polyester-based powder coat is applied for flexibility and durability.
