Show original supplier description

The Megan Racing OE-RS Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to replace the factory exhaust on your Lexus GS, aiming to optimize engine performance by facilitating better exhaust gas expulsion. Car manufacturers often equip vehicles with restrictive exhaust systems to meet noise and emission regulations, which can hinder performance. This system addresses that by utilizing a larger tubing diameter with smooth mandrel bends and a straight-thru glasspack muffler. Crafted from durable 100% T-304 stainless steel, the OE-RS system is built to last and comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. The direct bolt-on design ensures a straightforward installation, integrating seamlessly with your vehicle's existing emission control components. The system features a 77mm ID inlet and a 113mm O.D. tip, designed to deliver a mellow yet sporty exhaust note. This cat-back exhaust system is specifically designed for the 1998-2005 Lexus GS models, including the GS300, GS400, and GS430. It is important to note that all Megan Racing exhaust and suspension products are intended for "closed course and off-highway use only." Users should consult local laws regarding exhaust modifications to ensure compliance with state regulations and smog check requirements. Additionally, exhaust system modifications can alter the vehicle's overall sound, and Megan Racing does not accept returns based on subjective sound preferences.
