It is an upgrade from the factory plastic charge pipe, offering a heavy-duty alternative that is less prone to blowing off or ripping apart under boost. This charge pipe features all-aluminum construction, a matte black finish, and CNC machined flanges for a direct fit.

The Burger Motorsports BMS N54 OEM DV CP is a heavy-duty aluminum replacement charge pipe designed to prevent charge pipe failure. Manufactured in the USA by Burger Motorsports, this Elite series charge pipe is their best N54 upgrade. It utilizes OEM style mounting hardware for a direct fit and is 100% reversible, retaining all emissions fittings. Installation is straightforward and requires transferring the charge pipe gaskets and clips from the removed factory unit. This product replaces the OEM BMW Charge-Air Duct part #13717615026 and comes with a lifetime warranty. This charge pipe is specifically designed for E Chassis N54 BMW applications, including the 135i (E82/E88 2008-2010), 1M Coupe (E82 2011-2013), and 335i/ix/is models (E90/E91/E92/E93 2006-2013). It is explicitly stated that this part is not for use on F chassis BMW vehicles or the BMW 535. The blow-off valve flange on specific BOV charge pipe versions is designed for TIAL Q 50mm or Turbosmart (female tial flange), though this particular model is for OEM DV applications.
