The OEM Acura 16400RYEA11 is a genuine OEM throttle body, specifically the J37A5 ZDX spec version, measuring 70mm. This part is designed as an upgrade for Honda K-Series engines and features a 78mm inlet tapering to a 70mm outlet. It is listed for use with 2010-2013 Acura MDX and ZDX Base models equipped with the 3.7L V6 - Gas engine. Installation on K-Series manifolds requires an adapter due to differing bolt patterns. Taper adapters are available to transition the 70mm throttle body to smaller K-Series manifolds, or a straight-through adapter can be used for manifolds ported to 70mm. Note that this throttle body is described as a 'Fuel Injection Throttle Body' and is an electronic control unit (GMD8B).
