The VIS Racing carbon fiber hood offers an OEM-style upgrade for your 2004-2007 Mitsubishi Lancer 4-Door. Constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber material, this hood is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating, ensuring a durable and high-gloss appearance. VIS Racing employs a sophisticated two-part manufacturing process. The top layer of carbon fiber is meticulously bonded to the hood surface, while a one-piece, smooth underside shell is fused to it, significantly enhancing the product's structural integrity. Further advancements include the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), which produces parts that are 10-20% lighter and more durable. This process is being integrated across their full line of carbon parts. Each VIS Carbon Fiber Hood comes with a badge of authenticity. Please note that due to the nature of these products, hood pins are required for installation. These products are intended for off-road use only, unless otherwise permitted by local and state laws. The specific fitment is for the 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 Mitsubishi Lancer models with 4 doors.
