It is constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber material. VIS Racing utilizes a Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) which results in parts that are 10-20% lighter than previous models without sacrificing durability. The VIS Racing OEM Style Black Carbon Fiber Hood offers a performance upgrade for your Volkswagen Golf MK6 (2010-2014) and Golf SportWagen (2011-2013). This hood is manufactured using VIS Racing's innovative Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), which produces components that are 10-20% lighter than previous iterations while maintaining exceptional durability. The top layer is crafted from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, bonded using a two-part construction design. Installation requires hood pins due to the intended use of this product. A VIS badge of authenticity is included with every carbon fiber hood, guaranteeing a genuine VIS Racing product. Always inspect your items immediately upon receipt and notify the seller if there are any concerns, damages, or missing items before starting installation. Verify all parts are present and correct using the packing slip or instructions before beginning installation or bringing your vehicle to a mechanic. Claims of missing or damaged parts made more than 14 days after delivery cannot be honored.
