The Monroe OESpectrum Monotube shock absorber provides exceptional handling precision and control for vehicles originally equipped with monotube shock absorbers. It features full displaced valving that adjusts to road extremes for a smooth ride and a free-floating dividing piston that separates fluid from high-pressure gas charging to reduce shock fade and aeration.

This shock absorber maintains tire-to-road contact for improved ride and handling due to its high-pressure nitrogen gas charge, reducing aeration and providing tight damping response for vehicle control. The OE all-weather fluid contains special additives to assist with extreme temperatures and help reduce oil breakdown, ensuring a consistent ride.
