Overview

The Speed Engineering Off-Road Y-Pipe is a performance exhaust component designed for 2007-2013 Truck and SUV models. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it features mandrel-bent tubing and TIG welding for quality and durability. This Y-pipe is intended to be used with Speed Engineering's longtube headers only and is not compatible with factory exhaust manifold equipment. It is a race-only product for competition use and may not be legal for street use.

The Speed Engineering Off-Road Y-Pipe is crafted from 304 stainless steel, featuring mandrel-bent tubing and TIG welds for superior quality, performance, and affordability. The Y-pipe has a 3-inch tubing diameter and a 3.5-inch exit, with an optional 3-inch reducer available. An optional wideband tuning bung can also be included. Installation notes indicate that this Y-pipe "WILL WORK" on trucks and SUVs with 6-speed automatic transmissions. However, depending on the factory exhaust type, some cutting and welding may be required for installation. Modifications to the transmission crossmember may be necessary for proper fitment on certain models, as noted by customer reviews, with some experiencing minimal clearance issues that required notching. This product is explicitly designated as RACE ONLY. Its installation on a vehicle intended for use on public roads or highways will violate the Clean Air Act, potentially leading to civil or criminal liability. This Y-pipe is manufactured and sold for installation on vehicles used solely for competition purposes.
