The Burger Motorsports Zero Maintenance Oil Catch Can (OCC), also known as the KIA OCC, is engineered to keep oil out of your Kia Stinger or Genesis G70 3.3L V6's intake manifold. By preventing crankcase oil vapor from being ingested, it protects against long-term damage, maintenance issues, and performance degradation caused by oil contamination in critical engine components like cylinder heads and valves. This leads to improved engine efficiency and a reduction in performance-sapping buildup. This innovative system combines the functionality of an oil catch can with the convenience of an air/oil separator. Oil is efficiently separated from engine vapor and then gravity-drains back into the crankcase, creating a truly 'install and forget it' solution. The unit requires no periodic emptying or servicing. It is CNC machined for high precision and features a fully sealed design to ensure it retains factory emissions performance. Installation is straightforward, taking only minutes, and is fully reversible, with all necessary hardware included. The product is proudly made in the USA. The Stinger/Genesis 3.3L engine features two distinct PCV paths: a vacuum side and a boost side. The BMS Kia Stinger OCC is specifically designed for the vacuum side, which the manufacturer states contributes approximately 95% of the oil contamination found in the intake manifold. Burger Motorsports suggests leaving the boost side (driver's side) system in its factory configuration, as they have not found a significant benefit to adding a separator to that path. This oil catch can is not compatible with 2.0L 4-cylinder engine models. Fitment is confirmed for Kia Stinger and Genesis G70 models equipped with the 3.3L V6 engine, from the 2018 model year onwards.
