The closed-loop system utilizes a stainless steel baffle assembly strategically placed below the outlet to effectively condense oil vapors into a liquid, which can then be drained via the included 1/4 turn ball valve. For universal installs, the system is intended to be added without modifying the original PCV system. The valve cover connection is rerouted to the top inlet fitting of the catch can, and the hose then continues from the side outlet to its original engine destination. This ensures that the OCC filters contaminants while maintaining the factory routing start and end points. Key specifications include a 3" OD x 7" tall cylinder size, accommodating hose sizes from 1/2" to 1" ID. The kit comes complete with a 1/4 turn ball valve drain assembly and an offset mounting clip with bolts.
