Oil in the intake can negatively impact engine performance by reducing octane ratings, potentially leading to detonation, decreased power output, and increased carbon buildup. This unit is CNC machined from 6061-T6 materials with Mil-Spec O-ring bosses for durability and a secure seal. Featuring a vibrant anodized red finish, this AOS is CNC laser engraved and includes four 5-micron coalescent filters for superior oil separation. It also incorporates internal baffling and ultra-sonic cleaned stainless mesh as a third media to further capture oil particles. Included with the AOS are a sheet aluminum bracket specifically for the FRS/BRZ/GT86 (LHD Only), 3/8" and 1/2" rubber hoses, and a hardware bag with all necessary components for a seamless installation. Installation guides and videos are available from Verus Engineering to assist with the process.
