Description

Modern engines utilize a PCV system to relieve crankcase pressure, but the gases are often a mixture of oil, gas, and crud. This catch can filters that mixture, trapping it before it can re-enter the engine and cause buildup. Constructed from CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum, this catch can features a 40-micron filter to slow and purify crankcase vapors. The diffuser, made of stainless steel filtering media, ensures optimal air/oil separation. The design is fine-tuned using CAD software and simulation tools to precisely process crankcase vapors. This is a universal catch can and is typically paired with vehicle-specific installation kits, which are sold separately. The catch can itself handles the filtering, while a custom-tailored mounting bracket (part of the installation kit) is used to mount it to the vehicle.
