Oil Catch Can B58

The Forge Motorsport Oil Catch Can is specifically engineered for the Toyota Supra A90 and BMW Z4 equipped with the BMW B58 engine. This system is particularly beneficial for heavily tuned B58 engines experiencing increased blow-by, as it effectively reduces sludge and carbon buildup, leading to improved engine breathing and more efficient performance. It is recommended, especially if advanced power tuning is planned. The catch can itself features a 0.4L (400cc) capacity and includes a dipstick for easy oil level inspection and simple draining. The internal components are constructed with an anti-static, fuel-resistant nitrile rubber inner tube and an outer cover made from reinforced stainless steel wire braid, a Forge specialty. This design ensures resistance to pressure expansion and vacuum collapse, allowing the kit to function within a temperature range of -54°C to +150°C (-65°F to 300°F). The billet fittings are anodized black for an OEM appearance. The bracket is integrated into the catch can lid, and the unit is positioned behind the factory airbox heat shield, ensuring that essential factory components remain in place.
