Oil Cooler Kit 165x200x47mm

The Forge Motorsport oil cooler kit is a custom-fabricated component specifically designed for the Fiat 500/595/695, featuring a substantial 165mm (w) x 200mm (h) x 47mm (d) core. This kit addresses the limitations of modern Fiat engines, which utilize an oil-to-water cooling block instead of traditional take-off plates. Forge Motorsport has developed a CNC-machined billet adapter that replaces this block, allowing for the installation of the oil cooler lines. This is crucial for modified or aggressively driven vehicles where oil temperatures can exceed 120°C, nearing the point of oil breakdown. It utilizes the OEM intercooler's ducting for maximum airflow, ensuring it functions as a superior, plug-and-play oil kit suitable for both track and fast road use. IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE: This Oil Cooler Kit is designed exclusively for use with the Forge Motorsport front mount intercooler (FMINT500). It will NOT fit with the OEM intercooler. Forge Motorsport cannot confirm fitment with any other manufacturers' aftermarket intercoolers.
