The HEL Performance Direct Fit Oil Cooler Kit is engineered to enhance the cooling performance of the Toyota GR Corolla (2023-) with its 1.6L Turbo G16E-GTS engine. Developed with meticulous attention to detail, this kit aims for user-friendly installation with minimal to no modifications required. To guarantee perfect fitment, HEL Performance utilized 3D laser scanning of the engine bay and its components to determine the optimal placement for the oil cooler. The kit includes pre-assembled AN10 braided rubber hoses and aluminum fittings for efficient oil delivery and return. A key component is the HEL oil filter sandwich plate, which features an integrated thermostat that activates oil flow to the external cooler only when the engine oil reaches 92°C (198°F). This feature ensures faster engine warm-up and prevents overcooling in colder conditions, while maintaining a continuous flow to prevent air pockets and thermal shock. The kit comes complete with all necessary hardware and a detailed installation manual, with technical support available if needed.

All mounting brackets are laser-cut, precision-folded, and powder-coated black for a stealthy appearance.
