The JBR 2000+ Focus Oil Cooler Kit is engineered to combat excessive oil temperatures that can arise during track days or aggressive driving, preventing premature oil breakdown and increased engine wear. This direct bolt-on application features a robust 19-row core, utilizing aluminum corrugated fins and internal tubular plates for superior thermal efficiency and mechanical integrity. Installation is streamlined with custom-length, commercial-grade -10AN fittings and large ID stainless braided lines, designed to minimize pressure drop. The kit includes a polished billet aluminum sandwich plate with two 1/8” NPT ports, ideal for integrating additional gauges and sensors. Custom mounting brackets and stainless steel hardware ensure the oil cooler core is securely positioned in front of the radiator, maximizing airflow and leading to a reduction in oil temperatures by over 30°F.
