Description

The Sierra 18-7879-1 oil filter is engineered with premium grade materials for extreme marine environments. This filter features an epoxy coating on all canisters for corrosion resistance and a heavy-wall steel canister for added protection. Its high-efficiency filter media meets or exceeds OE specifications, and it includes an anti-drainback valve. This oil filter is designed for GM V-6 marine engines, specifically the 4.3L model without a remote oil filter, and has a thread specification of 18mm x 1.5.
