The Trans-Dapt Performance 9728 is a chrome steel oil pan designed for 1965-1990 Chevrolet Big Block 396-454 engines (excluding Gen V or VI), featuring a 6-quart capacity and 8-1/4 inch depth for street/strip applications in cars and trucks. It includes a drain plug but excludes gaskets and mounting hardware, and is not suitable for Chevelles with steering behind the crossmember, 1962-1967 Chevy II, or V8 Vega/Monza.
