Oil Pickup Tube Relocation Kit

The PCM of NC Relocated Oil Pump Pickup Tube Kit is engineered as the most effective solution to the dreaded oil starvation problem in the Trailblazer SS. With the stock pickup tube positioned at the very front of the sump, the engine can starve for oil during hard acceleration, significantly compromising engine longevity. This kit features a custom, professionally welded tube that repositions the pickup much further back within the oil pan. This relocation ensures an uninterrupted oil supply to the pump, safeguarding your engine. The installation can be performed from beneath the vehicle with the engine still in place. The kit comes complete with new splash trays, mounting hardware (including drill and tap components), and interior pan gaskets. While some final fitment adjustments may be needed for the plates and/or pan, the factory tray riveted to the pan must be drilled out and removed to accommodate the new two-piece trays. This kit is compatible with both 2WD and AWD trucks, specifically the Trailblazer 5.3L, SS, and SSR models, as they all utilize the same oil pan.
