Description

The Melling 10070-1000SS is a high-performance billet oil pump designed for Big Block Chevrolet engines. It features a lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum housing and cover with a protective anodized hardcoat for increased durability. The pump utilizes steel gears and a chrome-moly drive shaft. It is engineered with a supercharged inlet for improved performance at high RPMs and includes an integral pickup screen assembly with a stainless steel wire mesh for better filtration. This pump offers multiple pressure settings and is suitable for drag, street, and strip applications with 10" deep oil pans, and is also ideal for marine applications.
