It is crafted from a multi-layered cotton gauze material, soaked in low-viscosity oil and protected by an epoxy-coated alloy mesh. This construction ensures superior filtration, capturing particles down to 7 microns, while allowing for increased air flow compared to standard OEM paper filters. The "Full Moulding" manufacturing process used by BMC eliminates welded joints, preventing potential breakage and ensuring a long-lasting, durable product. This high-performance filter is washable and can be regenerated using the appropriate BMC regeneration kit, offering an economical and ecological alternative to disposable filters.
