OMEGA 9 Turbo Kit

The AMS Performance OMEGA 9 Turbo Kit represents the next evolution in GTR performance, building on years of benchmark turbo kits. Engineered with hundreds of R&D hours, this kit aims to deliver the best performing and most reliable street car turbo kit available, without compromise. This R35 turbo kit is designed for minimal bends and restrictions, allowing for smoother and more efficient airflow through the exhaust and intake paths to help the VR38 engine breathe easier. It features an improved wastegate solution with custom actuator rods and TiAL MVI 2.5D wastegates. The OMEGA Turbo Kit is designed as a direct bolt-in installation, compatible with A/C, power steering, and other factory options, and is easily reversible to stock. It utilizes a two-piece manifold design, similar to the 2020+ OEM model, to simplify turbo swaps and provide an optimized runner, collector, and turbine housing design for superior exhaust flow compared to the OEM manifold. A key feature is the reimagined wastegate port design, offering exceptional boost control and reduced boost creep with a 27% larger wastegate port for more direct exhaust gas flow. The turbos themselves are TD06H-based journal bearing CHRAs, modified with proprietary billet compressor wheels for reduced weight, quicker transient response, and improved airflow. The kit also includes AMS spec surge-ported compressor covers with 94mm inlets and 54mm discharge for increased airflow. This kit significantly improves horsepower, performance, and acceleration. It is important to note that 2009-2019 and 2020+ models require different turbo kits, so ensure the correct application is selected. The kit includes all necessary hardware, lines, couplers, and fittings for installation.
