Omega V2 Titanium Intake 102mm

The Garage Auto Sports GAS Omega V2 is a 102mm titanium intake system engineered for the Audi B8 S4/S5 3.0T. This intake features a true 4.0" diameter, constructed entirely from CP1 titanium, which is renowned for its exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and low thermal conductivity. This material choice helps to maintain lower intake air temperatures compared to aluminum, a critical factor for power production in supercharged engines. The Omega V2 design incorporates an integrated titanium velocity stack, eliminating potential issues associated with composite stacks and reducing overall weight. The intake tube's smooth transition and the 102mm (4.0") diameter provide a significant 30% increase in inlet area over previous 3.5" designs, smoothing and accelerating airflow. This reduction in turbulence and pressure drop at the supercharger inlet allows it to process incoming air more efficiently, leading to increased air density and ultimately, more boost and power. The system includes a thoughtfully designed heat shield that maximizes airflow around the filter while maintaining heat separation. It seamlessly mates with the factory air duct and utilizes unobstructed areas under the headlights for dual air sources. The heat shield also facilitates improved air channeling for the radiator, aiding in cooling and assisting with the intended outflow of hot air from the engine bay. This intake is specifically recommended for Stage 2+ or Stage 3 ported charger cars utilizing an 80/84mm throttle body, requiring the extra CFM for significant performance gains. Included with the intake are a 4.0" titanium inlet pipe with an integrated velocity stack, a high-flow GAS dry filter, a secondary air filter with a mounting bracket, a coupler for throttle body selection, a heat shield, a fuel line relocation kit, and all necessary hardware. The product is tested on a Mustang AWD dyno and has achieved over 660bhp.
