On3 Performance Turbo System

The On3 Performance single turbo system is engineered as a bolt-on solution for 2007-2013 Chevy and GMC Silverado/Sierra 1500 trucks with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, and 6.2L engines. This system aims to significantly increase torque and horsepower, with most trucks seeing an 80-100% power increase, resulting in 450-600+ horsepower with appropriate supporting modifications and fueling. The kit features a custom-designed, divided turbo manifold that keeps exhaust banks separated up to the T4 flange, ensuring excellent boost control. It includes a 304 stainless steel, 16-gauge stepped downpipe (3" to 3.5") and a cold side made of 3" all-aluminum tubing with bead rolls and stainless t-bolt clamps to maintain coupler integrity under boost. The system comes standard with a 70mm On 3 Performance turbocharger, a 44mm v-banded wastegate set to 6-7psi (vented to atmosphere), and a 3" core intercooler capable of supporting up to 800hp, with an option to upgrade to a 4" core. Installation is designed to be clean and simple, utilizing the stock driver-side manifold and incorporating a crossover pipe that clears 4x4 components and the transfer case. While the system provides improved throttle response and mid-range power, significant power gains (80-100% or more) require supporting modifications. The manufacturer recommends upgrading the stock fuel pump and injectors, as they are insufficient for the increased power levels. A dual pump assembly and return fuel line upgrade are suggested to support up to 900-1000hp. A professional tune is required after installation to optimize performance and ensure engine longevity.
