OnDGas Stage 1 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft

The Texas Speed OnDGas Stage 1 Camshaft is a street-and-strip hydraulic roller upgrade engineered for naturally aspirated LS engines, specifically targeting 4.8L and 5.3L displacements. Featuring a 214/224 duration and .550/.550 lift, this camshaft is designed to deliver a substantial power increase and an aggressive exhaust note while retaining excellent drivability. Technical specifications include a 109-degree lobe separation angle and a 107-degree intake centerline. It is best suited for engines with an optimal compression ratio of 9.5:1 or higher and requires the use of GM LS6 Beehive Valve Springs or an upgraded alternative. While this camshaft is compatible with factory torque converters, a 2800+ stall converter is recommended to maximize performance. An upgraded rear gear is not required for installation. This component is specifically compatible with 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, and 6.0L engines equipped with cathedral port heads.
