One-Piece Billet Caliper Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit offers the ultimate in stopping power for your vehicle, engineered with advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously refresh the brake pad surface under braking. This kit features an extremely lightweight, one-piece caliper crafted from aircraft-quality billet. The caliper weighs just over 5 lbs and includes machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates, all contributing to improved pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. The opposed piston caliper design enhances durability and performance. Ksport utilizes a two-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to prevent thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris, while all rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers due to cooler operation, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. Stainless-steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure. The kit is specifically designed for the 1995-1998 Nissan Skyline.
