One-Piece Caliper Kit

It integrates new brake technology to reduce brake fade and continually cools and refreshes the brake pad surface during braking. Each kit features an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper that is CNC machined from aircraft quality billet and weighs just over 5 lbs. The caliper includes protection grooves for the bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and standard stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design significantly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs, while the stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option, which mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping of the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor efficiently reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional designs. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. The choice between cross-drilled and slotted rotors depends on intended use: cross-drilled rotors run cooler and are recommended for daily driven vehicles, while slotted rotors are better suited for vehicles with more track use.
