The East Coast Driveline HD Carbon Fiber or Aluminum 1 Piece Driveshaft is a direct-fit upgrade for the 2022-2026 Cadillac CT5 V Blackwing with the 6.2L V8 manual transmission. Designed to replace the weaker, stock two-piece design, this driveshaft is custom-built to withstand the significant power and torque produced by the LT4 engine. It offers enhanced durability, reduced rotational mass for quicker acceleration, and smoother power delivery. Constructed with precision CNC-machined billet aluminum ends and upgraded U-joints, this driveshaft is built for increased strength and longevity. It is high-speed balanced for optimal operation at all RPMs and is rated to handle over 1000 HP. Available tubing options include 3.5” or 4” aluminum, or 3.81” carbon fiber. The product is made to order with a 1-2 week lead time. It is crucial for the installer to ensure adequate clearance for the driveshaft's normal operation, as any interference, exhaust rubbing, or other clearance issues will void the warranty. The product is sold "AS IS" with no express or implied warranties from East Coast Driveline, as it is intended for high-performance racing applications on closed-course facilities only and not for street or highway use.
