One-Piece Forged Caliper Kit

This kit features a one-piece forged caliper construction utilizing aerospace-quality aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. The calipers are equipped with aluminum pistons, heavy-duty seals, and titanium retainer clips for reliable operation even at racetrack temperatures. An opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad wear and grip. The kit includes two-piece rotors, which are approximately 50% lighter than OEM one-piece rotors. These rotors feature a 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center section that acts as a heat sink, reducing rotational mass and improving brake response. The design allows the outer rotor to expand and contract independently, minimizing warping due to heat. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. Stainless steel braided brake lines are also standard, providing a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by eliminating line expansion under pressure. This KSport Procomp Big Brake Kit is made to order and is non-refundable. Standard equipment includes SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal performance for street use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions, though these are not recommended for street use. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets for a direct bolt-on installation to OEM caliper bracket locations.
