The Revo Open Cone Air Intake System is engineered to enhance the performance of the MQB 2.0TSI EA888 Evo High Output engine by significantly improving airflow. It features a three-stage foam filter, direct filter-to-turbo fitment, and a stepped silicone hose for smooth airflow. An enclosed aluminum heat shield is included to insulate the filter from engine bay heat, while a provision for the front air duct channels cold air directly to the filter. The kit includes a larger diameter silicone hose, an aluminum hard pipe, and a fitting kit. The system is compatible with the Audi S3 8Y (2022-2024) Sedan 2.0T and the VW Mk8 Golf R (2022-2024) 2.0T Evo4. Bench flow testing indicates that the Revo Open Cone intake flows over 650 CFM, exceeding the OE system's capacity and demonstrating a substantial reduction in airflow restriction.
