The Oracle Lighting 7022-334 are SMD Pre-Assembled Headlights, Non-HID, ColorShift. They are designed for the Dodge Charger, years 2006-2010. The product description notes that they come ready to plug and play and meet all DOT and SAE requirements. They utilize SMD halo technology for brilliant light output and are available with chrome or black headlight housing options. A ColorShift controller is sold separately. These headlights come with ORACLE halos professionally installed and include a lifetime warranty.
