These are OEM Factory Style Headlights with ORACLE Lighting Halos pre-installed, designed for OEM factory fitment. They arrive ready for installation and are FMVSS 108 and SAE Compliant. The product includes one pair of brand new OEM factory style headlights with ORACLE Halo Rings pre-installed. Please note that HID bulbs and ballasts are NOT included. It comes with a 1-year warranty specifically covering halo manufacturer defects.
