The ORACLE Lighting Dynamic ColorSHIFT headlight and fog light halo kit combo for the 2015-2023 Dodge Challenger features expertly-crafted surface-mount waterproof design and Dynamic ColorSHIFT® technology for brilliant chasing colors with high-quality LED components. Encased in a special polymer resin, these surface mount halos are completely waterproof and easily install by attaching directly to the exterior of the light lens using a patent-pending system, eliminating the need to remove, bake, or cut the headlights. The advanced LED chips produce bright output with less power consumption. Dynamic ColorSHIFT technology allows for multi-color moving patterns, controlled through a free smartphone app with over 200 pre-programmed patterns, static color control, white mode for street driving, and custom design options through pixel editing. The kit includes 4 surface mount waterproof headlight halo rings, 2 surface mount waterproof fog light halo rings, and 1 Dynamic Bluetooth Controller with DRL/Turn Signal Trigger Wires. A FREE Adhesion Promoter Pad is included. An In-Line Fuse Adapter and a 3A Fuse are required but not included.
