They are FMVSS 108 and SAE Compliant. The product includes one pair of brand new OEM factory style headlights with ORACLE Halo Rings pre-installed. Bulbs are not included. This product is custom-built-to-order and can take 6-8 weeks for completion. It features SMD halo technology for a brilliant light output. Includes a 1-year warranty on halo manufacturer defects.
