The McLeod Street Pro Clutch Kit (MLR75115) is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for specific Ford Mustang models, offering enhanced performance for street applications. This kit features a high-performance organic friction disc paired with a diaphragm-style pressure plate to handle increased power demands. Constructed with quality components, this clutch kit includes a durable bronze oilite pilot bushing and a new throwout bearing to ensure smooth operation. An alignment tool is also provided to aid in proper installation. The system is rated to handle up to 375 horsepower, making it suitable for mild engine modifications and daily driving. For optimal longevity and performance, McLeod recommends a break-in period of 1200 to 1500 clutch cycles of street-type driving before engaging in wide-open throttle operation.
