The Polini Original exhaust is a touring-focused replacement system designed for 50cc 4-stroke Piaggio and Vespa scooters. This exhaust features an inconspicuous design that mirrors the appearance of the stock unit, offering high build quality and a subtle increase in performance. It is constructed entirely from steel, finished in a durable matte black coating, and comes equipped with an integrated heat shield. It is specifically intended for use on original or lightly tuned engines and must not be used in combination with racing cylinders. Installation of this exhaust may require supplementary adjustments to the scooter's drivetrain for optimal performance. It is recommended to use a tuning kit to refine variator weight selection and, if necessary, install firmer clutch springs to match the power characteristics of the exhaust. The system includes all necessary mounting hardware and gaskets required for assembly. This exhaust is compatible with a range of Piaggio and Vespa 50cc i-Get 4T 3V Euro 4 and Euro 5 models, including the Aprilia SXR 50, Piaggio Liberty, Zip, and the Vespa Primavera and Sprint. Please verify all fitment requirements before assembly, as the exhaust cannot be returned if the restriction is removed.
