The OS Giken Super Lock LSD features a patented pressure ring design for smooth, progressive locking. Its spline-through-side-gear design accommodates more friction plates (up to 2x competitors'). Standard spec allows low preload while retaining 100% lock capability. Operation is quiet with predictable, progressive locking. Improves driving experience and maintains daily drivability. Components are chemically heat treated for durability, constructed from high-grade steel alloy, with raw-forged gears for strength. Clutch disks are precision-machined for minimal warpage. The LSD case is machined from a single billet piece for uniformity.
